At our 4000sqm Head Office warehouse in Wiri, Auckland, we boast a massive 13000 cubic metres of capacity, with multiple configurations of racking and shelving space. We offer everything from bulk storage through to furniture shelving, high-velocity small item picking, standard pallets, over height pallets and more.

Our custom storage solutions mean we can store everything from your boxes of posters and wobblers, gift packs and merchandise, through to your trade show booths, branded bars, freezer display units or food trucks. We can even store your sample stock, food, drink and time-bound stock.

For requirements in the South Island or lower North Island, we have storage facilities in Wellington and Christchurch. The same goes for Australia, with sites available in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth.

The ability to free up valuable space in your own facility for production and core business activities, can allow you to reduce your footprint and fixed lease/ownership costs and reinject cashflow or capital into business growth.

Pay by the cubic metre, not by the pallet

Don’t pay for air! BrandSpec customers pay by the cubic metre, not by the pallet.

This means you only pay for the stock you have in the warehouse, at any given time. We tally your total cubic meterage every night, so your storage costs reduce as you use and ship stock.

 

Technology ensures accuracy

Our in-house software platform, Mobilisar™, streamlines our warehousing, increasing efficiencies and reducing costs at every opportunity. All stored items are available in Mobilisar™. Each movement in and out of our warehouse is receipted, tracked, shipped, and connected through our freight providers.

Mobilisar™ also ensures your goods reach their intended destination, first time. The system is integrated with Google Maps and currently has over 15,000 Google-verified addresses throughout New Zealand and Australia, representing the key retail store market throughout both countries. At the click of a button, your own customer database can be uploaded. With Google’s technology, all addresses are pinned to the exact destination location – the ultimate in accuracy.

Liquor and Food Grade Warehousing

Our secure warehouse facility is well equipped to handle your bonded liquor and food products, with full accreditations and pest control systems. We can also include locked storage and provide temperature-controlled space when required.

If you’re a niche trader, importing liquor or food products from overseas to distribute in New Zealand, we can store your products, rebrand or relabel for the New Zealand market, or pack into gift or multi-packs. We’re also ideal if you’re operating an e-commerce site. We can store your goods, receive your orders and ship units straight out to your customers.

Logistics and Distribution

Our specialist team, together with our Mobilisar™ software, streamlines your logistics, warehousing, promotion, stock management, replenishment and distribution challenges.

We excel in large-scale bulk distribution projects, whatever the content, size or logistics. We’ll ensure your product rolls out and reaches its destination on time.  We can also relabel, assemble and distribute event kits and packages, ensure prize redemption promotions are fulfilled, and get samples and products out to your customers and influencers. Importing, Customs, & Container Management

We make the logistics of importing marketing materials easy. 

BrandSpec can help you to procure point-of-sale material, signage, stands, merchandise, or other assets offshore. We’ll organise shipping, import and customs compliance and then finally devanning at a transitional facility,

BrandSpec is fully accredited with TSW, NZ Customs, and MPI to manage and receive containers from overseas. Our trained facility operators and logistics teams will handle your containers at our purpose-built facilities, which are certified transitional facilities. We also have the ability to handle and clear containers in Australia.

When your stock is cleared and ready for dispatch, we can coordinate timely distribution of bulk stock straight into market, for timed activations, promotions or launches.
