Congrats Jamie & Joseph

We've got client activations and events happening left, right and centre but in spite of the hectic pace, we still made time to get together for our monthly lunch. Throughout the month staff are asked to nominate co-workers as they 'catch them in the act' of doing something exceptional which might be as simple as working through a break to resolve a delivery issue or going out of their way to help a customer.

This month's nominations for Employee of The Month resulted in a tie with 5 votes each for David (Inwards Goods) and Joseph (Inventory Coordinator).

Both received repeated praise for their willingness to help other staff and examples included "David not only explained the process so I understood it, but he also provided written notes so that I repeat the process on my own"... and "Joseph is an absolute LEGEND! Despite being super busy, he made time to help me with the launch and followed up to make sure everyone had installed the new email signature".

The point is that management isn't always around to see the good stuff happen so it's great to see staff acknowledging each others contributions with sincere thanks and praise.

As usual the winners had a spin of the prize wheel with Joseph scoring a $50 Gift Voucher and David winning the big prize of a paid day off
