Flagging how Mobilisar improves order accuracy

We’re constantly discussing the importance of getting every order 100% right. It's easy to say but not always easy to achieve, especially when you consider that right now we have 7556 SKUs in the Auckland warehouse alone, and we have multiple warehouses across New Zealand and the globe. And the number of SKUs in each changes on a daily basis. So how do we make sure we get it right?

Our Mobilisar system contains detailed descriptions of the product, photos of the current artwork, and photos or videos of the finished product. So when a client dials in from wherever they happen to be, they can double check the photos before placing an order.

And when our team picks and packs the order, they can check the order against the photos. It's like a remote game of 'Snap' but it really helps to make sure that everyone is literally on the same page.

As an example, we are sending out 5 different flags for Tip Top. Three of them share a common image on one side but the second side is different. Definitely an example of how Mobilisar helps us to get it right.
