Faster resolution of freight & delivery issues

We work with some excellent freight partners, but no one's infallible and occasionally freight gets damaged in transit or there are delivery issues.

While we can’t control everything that happens after your goods leave our depot, we can control how quickly delivery issues are put right.

To help us to help you, we need timely, specific information and to make the reporting process easier for you, so we’ve added a new form to our website. Once completed, this will auto generate an email to the Support Team who will prioritise resolving the problem.
