Aperoller Van - let's get this party started

As with any event, there's a lot of detail required to create a seamless experience for the customers but there's another level of complexity when the venue is mobile.

Campari Group custom-designed and built the incredible Aperoller Van which contains everything from chillers, post-mix, a custom stocked bar with mobile cabinetry that can be used outside the van, an extendable awning to shade the service area, a phenomenal sound system and party lights - basically everything you need to get the party started.

And often that's supported with bean bags, umbrellas, bar leaners, bar stools, flags, signage, and all manner of branded merchandise used as give aways like sun hats, sun glasses, and swag bags.

We've partnered with the Campari Group to manage the bookings, cleaning, maintenance, provisioning, delivery, and set up of all their events involving the van.

We also manage the warehousing, kitting, and delivery of their outdoor furniture, collateral, POS and merchandise.

It's a big job but something we've had loads of experience with. Fleet Management, Events, and 3PL is all in a days work for the Brandspec team.

It has to be said though, we have a lot of affection for the Aperoller and thoroughly enjoy being part of the event series.

- Melbourne Cup day at Bivacco
